John and Karen

John Hicklin leads the church, is an elder and is responsible for its direction and development. He and Karen moved to the area in 1982 and they have three children. John combines church leadership with his role as a marketing manager in the telecoms sector. Karen works as a doctor and co-ordinates our children’s work.
Iain and Mary
Iain Bisset is an elder and senior leader. Iain and Mary moved to the Reading area in 1978 and Iain has been a church leader since 1982. He oversees the teaching, and with Mary is responsible for the pastoral and Cell ministry. Iain was previously an agricultural adviser, Mary is a teacher, and they have two adult sons.
Keith
Keith Saynor leads the church’s mission and community programme, and is passionate about the relevance of church in today’s culture. He also oversees (alongside two Youth Workers) the church's work with our teenagers, and has more than 15 years’ experience in pastoral care and youth leadership - this includes Alpha development in the UK and overseas. Keith grew up in Wokingham, is married with three children, and is an experienced football and cricket coach.
