About Us

Originally formed in 1986 as part of Kings Church Reading, we were established as a non-denominational evangelical church in our own right in 1999.  Now based in Wokingham, Berkshire we play an active part in Churches Together in Wokingham and work with many Christians locally, and elsewhere in the UK. through the Evangelical Alliance and New Frontiers group of churches.  We also have strong links with Christian people and churches overseas, especially in Nepal, Vietnam and Africa.

Our curent congregation is multi-generational comprising 140 adults, 40 children and about 30 young people. We seek to be a friendly and welcoming group with an informal approach to our meetings, while being committed to practical outworking of the Christian faith in our everyday lives and in the local community.

We aim to apply the principles for living that the Bible gives us, and we believe that what the Bible teaches is relevant and meaningful to us today. Locally and internationally, we seek to work with those of any background who share a belief in the Christian Gospel. If you want to know anout our basic beliefs please click here
